Polynesian Cultural Center |
June 16, 2006 |
The Polynesian Cultural Center reminded my of a cross between scout camp and the Cherokee Reservation in the North Carolina mountains. The students who work at PCC provide lots of insight into Polynesian Culture while earning their educations. My persona guide Christine from Taiwan was very helpful and friendly. All the students I met at PCC were friendly and helpful. If you visit Oahu please consider visiting the Polynesian Cultural Center. You will see how to harvest coconuts and how Polynesians made fire. You can see examples of this and dances preformed below.
