Maui and Haleakala National Park

The Haleakala Crater was even more alien in person than viewed at the end of Jimi Hendrix's Rainbow Bridge movie. This location was used to trian for the first moon landings by NASA. Due to clouds it was hard to look down from 10,000 on the rest of the island of Maui. The Maui Ocean Center is another recommended site to see on Maui.
