Fred "FU" Uibel
Biker, sailor, activist, freedom fighter, ABATE coordinator,
Lumberjack, GRCMMCC co-founder ...
In Loving Memory of FU Who Died as He Lived;
May We All Be as Fortunate to Live Life as Joyfully and Full.
Fred Uibel better known as FU by his many
biker friends passed from this life in the red clay November
21. He died as he lived a true biker. He was in the wind
riding his bike at the final moment. He was dearly loved
by his many friends and will be greatly missed. A makeshift
memorial has been created at the scene of his demise on
Piggly Wiggly Drive in North Charleston. FU was among the
first to take part in the lidless rides of WNC that ultimately
lead to the development of SC BOLT, BOLT of the Carolinas,
and the NC CBA/ABATE Helmet Citation Defense Committee.
FU's vivid imagination and vision lead to the creation of
GRCMMCC. The Biker Ezine morns the death of GRCMMCC co-founder
Fred "FU" Uibel and celebrates his life.
